Engage is our leadership pipeline designed for equipping and deploying Christians for the work of ministry. We want to see spiritual leaders raised up in our community and sent into the church, community, and missions field to impact the world.
Engage has two parts: the first is our Equipped class that seeks to teach gospel focused discipleship, character formation, rightly handling the word of God, and more, so that people feel prepared to lead and teach. "Be Radiant" is the other and consists of events we plan to minister to the community by inviting them into the church or where the church goes out into the community. Some of the events we have done include Community Conversations on the opiod epidemic in our area or the addressing issues of mental illness.
