Meet our Team

Keith Welton - Lead Pastor
Keith joined Radiant Church in 2016. Originally from Macon, he studied at the University of Tennessee and at Reformed Theological Seminary. Prior to joining Radiant, he did a church planting residence at the Summit Church in Durham,  NC, and pastored at Covenant Life Church in Gaithersburg, MD for eight years. He is married to Amanda and has four kids. 
Mark Pfaller - Associate Pastor
Mark joined Radiant Church in 2023 and brings a wide range of knowledge and experience. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and a Master of Divinity degrees. He has spent two decades in the corporate world and also served as a church planter and lead pastor. He is married to Kim, has three adult children, and three grandchildren. 
David Ancalle - Elder
David is originally from Puerto Rico and joined Radiant Church in 2016. He has a decade of experience in engineering and teaching and at church serves with worship and technology and leads the youth group. He holds BS and MS degrees in civil engineering and an MA in Theology. He is married to Aijia Xu and lives in Alpharetta.
Brian Buffington - Elder
Brian is an accomplished finance and operations leader with a strong record of improving organizational efficiency and performance.  He is originally from Oklahoma and is married to Kelly and has six boys. 
Jon Kubler - Administrator
Jon leads the administrative team and handles much of the business side of the church. He has been involved in the church for three decades and served in virtually every capactiy. He retired from the corporate world in 2008 to volunteer at the church and focus on growing God’s kingdom. 
Isabella Martins - Administrative Assistant
Isabella is from Brazil and has been in the church for about a year, and even got baptized here in the spring. She has a degree in International Business and has worked in a variety of administrative positions ranging from small business to the Brazilian Consulate. She is married to Roger and they have one son. 
Andrew Johnson - Worship and Technology

Andrew grew up in Forsythe County and studied music at North Georgia College. He attended the Ramp School of Ministry in Alabama and over the years has led worship in a variety of contexts and styles. He is married to Elizabeth and has four children.
