Meet our Team

Keith Welton - Lead Pastor
Keith is originally from Macon, Georgia, and received his undergrad from the University of Tennessee his masters from Reformed Theological Seminary.  He has been in ministry since 2000 and that has taken him from Knoxville to Orlando to Washington DC,  Durham and finally Alpharetta. Keith is married to Amanda, and together they have four children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, outdoor activities, and smoking large slabs of meat.
Mark Pfaller - Associate Pastor
Mark joined Radiant Church in 2023 and brings a wide range of knowledge and experience. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and a Master of Divinity degrees. He has spent two decades in the corporate world and also served as a church planter and lead pastor. He is married to Kim. They have three adult children and four grandchildren. 
Hunter Castellaw - Youth and Outreach Director
Hunter grew up in Georgia and is currently pursuing a Ministry Leadership degree at Moody Bible College. Hunter was formerly a certified personal trainer, and has always had a passion for helping and serving others. After receiving his calling to ministry in 2025, he began to pursue full time vocational ministry. Hunter’s greatest desire is to make disciples of the next generation and to teach them to obey all that Jesus has commanded.
Jon Kubler - Administrator
Jon leads the administrative team and handles much of the business side of the church. He has been involved in the church for three decades and served in virtually every capactiy. He retired from the corporate world in 2008 to volunteer at the church and focus on growing God’s kingdom. 
Andrew Johnson - Worship and Technology
Andrew is a Forsyth County native who studied music at North Georgia College before attending the Ramp School of Ministry in Alabama. Over the years, he has led worship across a wide range of contexts and styles, bringing that same heart for God’s presence to Radiant Church. Outside of ministry, he works as a Financial Advisor, helping others steward their resources well. He and his wife, Elizabeth, are raising their five children together, rooted in a life of faith and family.
