Vision, Mission & Values
Vision Statement

Empowering followers of Christ to experience the light and life of Jesus

and to share it with a world that is hurting and longing for hope.

Vision Statement Unpacked

1. Empowering.

We exist to ignite and equip believers to know and worship the Lord. We want to see people coming to know Jesus and learning how to live for him in all of life. Every time we gather, our aim is that people leave stronger, sharper, more filled with the Spirit of God, and equipped as spiritual leaders who will strengthen the church, their families, and the surrounding community (Eph. 4:12). There is power in knowledge and when we come to know God through his word we find great strength and power.

2. Light and Life

Jesus didn’t come to make people religious—he came to make them alive. The light of Jesus points to God’s word that gives clarity, truth, and illumination. Jesus said he was the light of the world (John 1:1), and that he came that we might have fullness of life (John 10:10). In him there is peace, love and joy—true life, but it is only found in a life devoted to serving and following him in every part of life. We find true life only as we surrender to him and walk with him (Luke 9:24).

3. Experience and Share

We pursue a real, growing relationship with Jesus—becoming mature, grounded, and alive in the Spirit—because you can’t share what you don’t have. We desire to see people strengthened and blessed through life in Christ. What God forms in us, we carry into everyday life—at home, work, and in our communities—living on mission and making Jesus known everywhere and place. We are committed to both personal growth and gospel multiplication, both a central healthy gathering of believers and a dispersed vibrant witness.

4. Hurting and Longing for Hope

People are struggling more than ever. Success can’t fill emptiness, and comfort can’t heal the heart. Jesus meets us in that place with truth, compassion, and power to offer healing, rest, and renewed purpose (Matt. 11:28; Psalm 34:5). When we are honest about our struggles, we find real help and healing in Jesus and in the church community. As He restores us and removes our shame, he also sends us to help others find the same hope and direction. We intentionally move toward those who are hurting and longing for hope because we know his power to transform.
